ODM Girls' Water-Repellent Ski Jacket

This girls' custom water-repellent ski jacket will allow her to enjoy hours of play in the snow while staying warm and comfortable. It features a hood and snow guard for practical protection, and has a waterproof rating of 10,000mm and a vapor permeability of 3000g/m²/24h to keep her dry.

PFA-free and water-repellent, its lining is made of 100% brushed polyester twill and 100% polyester taffeta, providing a balance between comfort and durability for snow adventures.

Our modern production facilities (24,000 sq.m in China, 9,000 sq.m in Cambodia) feature the following features:

1. Integrated production flow:

• Fabric supply: cooperation with certified suppliers of waterproof membranes (e.g. eVent®), thermal insulation materials (PrimaLoft®), tested for breathability (over 5000 g/m²/24 h) and wear resistance.

• Pattern development: 3D scanning of over 50 body types to create ergonomic patterns for skiers and mountaineers.

• Automated production: CNC machines for sewing accuracy of 0.5 mm, modular assembly lines allowing the production of more than 10,000 units per day.

2. Innovations in R&D:

- ThermoShield: Multi-layer construction with moisture-wicking inner layers and heat-reflective linings.

- HydroBlock: A seam sealing process using hot air at 180°C to bond tapes, tested in hydrostatic chambers for 24 hours.

3. Custom services: adaptation to regional climate (fleece lining for the Arctic, mesh lining for the subtropics), technical features such as compartments for glasses.
