Since 2007, Taian BOWINS Garment Co., Ltd has been a leading designer, manufacturer, wholesaler and exporter of functional clothing, with LEGEND Garment, JTL Garment and BOWTEX Apparel as our main wholly owned factories. Equipped with more than 1,600 advanced production units, our factories in China (24,000 ㎡) and Cambodia (9,000 ㎡) employ more than 1,500 skilled workers to produce more than 50 series and 200 varieties of functional clothing for customers around the world.

Taian BOWINS Garment Co., Ltd is a professional functional clothing manufacturer with 17 years of experience in providing OEM/ODM service to both domestic and international customers.
Our headquarters are located in Tai'an, Shandong Province, conveniently accessible by high-speed rail—a 2.5-hour drive from Beijing and 3.5 hours from Shanghai. From Jinan, the provincial capital, our facility is just 15 minutes by high-speed train or an hour by car.
About factories
BOWINS clothing factory (Taian Legend Garment Co., Ltd. and Taian JTL Garment Co., Ltd. are our subsidiary factories) is located in Tai'an, a famous tourist city near the Beijing-Shanghai Expressway, Shandong Province, China. And a wholly-owned overseas factory – Bowtex Apparel Factory (In-House), which is located in Sambur Village, Moha Saing Commune, Phnom Sruoch District, Kampong, Cambodia.
In recent years, we have invested in our modern manufacturing facility, exceeding $12 million. These investments have focused on improving our core production facilities, enhancing working conditions, increasing employee wages and well-being, providing technical and team training, and much more.
To produce functional clothing faster and meet the specified quality and delivery time, advanced machines are important. Our functional clothing factory is equipped with the most advanced equipment, including needle sewing machines, color bartack machines, graphic plotters, five-thread overlock automatic sewing machines, laser cutting machines, seam sealing machines, strip folding machines, and new high-power inkjet pattern cutting machines, etc. These advanced machines allow We efficiently deliver high quality products and maintain our commitment to excellence in the manufacturing process.
