The Sécurité Incendie Men's Softshell Jacket is a custom-made softshell jacket designed to handle tough conditions. It's constructed using 3-layer softshell technology, featuring a windproof outer fabric, a 3000/3000mm waterproof and breathable membrane, and a DWR water-repellent treatment for protection against the elements. A fleece lining adds warmth for cold-weather work.
The ergonomic design and elastic fabric of the X-Move 360 ° provide complete freedom of movement, and an individual cut with fitted elbows, elastic cuffs and control of the waist guarantee a reliable landing. A hard-stroke collar and a central zipper with an internal valve enhance protection. Functional details include pockets on the chest and waist with fleece lining and a zipper, inner pockets on Velcro and loops for headphone wires. Flamps on the sleeves and stripes on the chest complement this jacket of 100% polyester, certified by Oeko-Tex.
BOWINS: Vertical manufacturer of ski and tourist equipment with more than 18 years of experience
Our modern production bases (24 thousand square meters in China, 9 thousand square meters in Cambodia) differ:
1. Integrated production flow:
• Fabric supply: cooperation with certified suppliers of waterproof membranes (e.g. eVent®), thermal insulation materials (PrimaLoft®), tested for breathability (more than 5000 g/m²/24 h) and wear resistance.
• Pattern development: 3D scanning of over 50 body types to create ergonomic patterns for skiers and climbers.
• Automated production: CNC machines for sewing accuracy of 0.5 mm, modular assembly lines allowing production of more than 10,000 units per day.
2. Innovation in R&D:
- ThermoShield: Multi-layer construction with moisture-wicking inner layers and a heat-reflective lining.
- HydroBlock: a seam sealing process using hot air at 180°C to bond tapes, tested in hydrostatic chambers for 24 hours.
3. Custom services: adaptation to regional climate (fleece lining for the Arctic, mesh lining for the subtropics), technical features such as compartments for glasses.
